Earlier in their career, Brian Healy held the position of Director of Human Resources at Tranzact Systems from 1993 to 1995. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from John Carroll University, along with participation in the HR Executive Program at the University of Michigan.
