Deeda Houghton

Deeda Houghton is an experienced professional in executive compensation, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Executive Compensation at American Family Insurance since December 2019. In this role, Deeda designs and implements competitive compensation programs, including base pay and incentive plans, while also leading the administration of equity compensation programs. Prior to American Family Insurance, Deeda was the Manager of Global Compensation at Panduit, where the design and implementation of a Global Job Architecture initiative impacted 40 countries. Deeda's earlier experience includes managing compensation programs at ADP Dealer Services. Deeda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Care Administration from California State University, Long Beach.
