Jeffrey Jackson is a Senior Commercial Real Estate Underwriter at American First Credit Union, where responsibilities include underwriting commercial real estate for various property types, performing tax-return and cash flow analyses, and producing Asset Summary Reports for senior management. Prior to this role, Jeffrey held positions at Freddie Mac Multifamily, where over nine years, underwriting efforts led to the rate-locking of more than 600 loans totaling approximately $1.5 billion and included training junior staff and conducting site inspections. Jeffrey holds an MBA in Finance/Real Estate from the University of California, Irvine, and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Business Administration from the University of Washington.
