Sabina Bummel

Sabina Bummel is an experienced manager with a diverse background in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as the Assistant Store Manager at American Girl since June 2023. Prior to this role, Sabina was the General Manager at Goosefeathers Cafe starting in August 2021 and managed various positions at Sunflour Baking Company and American Girl from December 2019 to August 2021. With a long-standing career as the Owner/Manager of The Catering Place, which specialized in off-premise catering for events, Sabina also oversaw food and beverage operations at Carolina Lakes Golf Club and held roles at Panera Bread and Quail Hollow Country Club. Sabina Bummel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism and English from St. Bonaventure University, completed in 2004.
