Mary Ellen Joseph, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in SharePoint management and IT support. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Applications Development at the American Heart Association since February 2005, Mary Ellen oversees operations and strategy for both on-premise and Office 365 SharePoint environments while leading a remote team of analysts, administrators, and developers. Previous roles at the American Heart Association include SharePoint Analyst and Enterprise Content Management Solutions Administrator, where responsibilities encompassed user support, system administration, and technical oversight.
