Theresa Hosey

Theresa Hosey serves as the Director of Learning & Organizational Development at the American Hospital Association since October 2019. Previously, Theresa held the same director role at Mercy Hospital & Medical Center from August 2016 to September 2019, where support for talent management, leadership development, performance management, and employee engagement was provided to both Mercy Hospital and Loyola Medicine under Trinity Health Illinois. From August 2005 to August 2016, Theresa was the System Director for Organizational Development & Diversity at Sinai Health System, implementing leadership development initiatives that enhanced engagement and patient satisfaction. Additional experience includes an Education Business Partner role at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago and instructional design positions at Greater Chicago Food Depository and United Airlines. Theresa's educational background includes ABD in Organizational Leadership from The Chicago School, a Master's in Instructional Design from Governors State University, and a Bachelor's in International Studies from Utica University.
