Allison Hedrick

Allison Hedrick's work experience begins in 2013, where they worked as a Marketing/HR Assistant at Virginia Tech Services, Inc. for a year. In 2014, they transitioned to the role of Marketing and Sales Associate at Citrix for a brief period of time. In 2015, they joined Jones Networking as a Lead Recruiter and held the position until the end of 2016. Since 2017, Allison has been working at the American Institutes for Research in various roles. Allison started as a Communications and Projects Associate, focusing on HR and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and recently transitioned to the position of Communications Specialist in the same department.

Allison Hedrick obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Communication from Virginia Tech, graduating between 2010 and 2013. Additionally, they acquired the Certified Diversity Professional (CDP) certification from the Institute for Diversity Certification in December 2019.
