Mr. Sweetser has been with AMS Denver for over 27 years. He began his career with AMS as a Delivery Driver and soon transitioned into the field as a HVAC Apprentice Technician. After completing the 5-year apprenticeship he became a Journeyman Technician. In 2007 Mr. Sweetser accepted a Service Manager position with AMS and held that until 2019 when he was promoted to General Manager of the Denver office. He carries all state and local municipality licensing and an ICC Master Mechanical designation. Mr. Sweetser has expertise in commercial building HVAC systems which includes technical resourcing, repair, management, budgeting and sales. He is very proud of his roots and all the positions he has held with AMS. Mr. Sweetser is a devoted family man and enjoys spending his time off camping, fishing and in the outdoors.

AMS began in 1997, when American Residential Services (ARS) purchased approximately 25 independent contractors and consolidated them to create a commercial HVAC arm. The newly acquired contractors were already well established companies with years of experience in the HVAC industry.
