Previous positions include QA Supervisor at American Nuts Co, Food Technologist and QA & Food Safety Specialist at Flavor Producers, and Food Technologist/Nutrition Consultant at SGM Fitness. Academic background includes ongoing studies for a Bachelor of Applied Science in Dietetics and Food Science at California State University, Northridge. Songmi's diverse skill set encompasses management, regulatory compliance, training, and nutrition counseling, demonstrating a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.
