Peter Brady

Peter Brady has over 35 years of experience in leadership and business development across various organizations, focusing on growth and strategic planning within the defense and federal sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Executive Advisor at American Operations Corporation since February 2025, Peter supports global growth initiatives and joint ventures. Previously, Peter held key roles including Chief Growth Officer at Barbaricum and QBE LLC, and Chief Growth Officer at TekSynap and BlueWater Federal Solutions, where responsibilities encompassed driving tactical and strategic growth, business development, and managing multi-million dollar P&L operations. Peter's career has involved leadership positions at C5 Global Solutions, Intelligent Decisions, ManTech, Merlin International, and Cisco Systems, specializing in military operations, Enterprise IT, and cyber solutions. Peter holds a Master’s degree in Telecom Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder and has completed the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College.
