Melissa Dolber Grappone has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Starting in 1986, they worked as a Research Assistant at Dean Witter Reynolds. In 1988, they moved to First Data Corporation as a Project Administrator, where they administered a communication system for merchant bank customers. In 1993, they became an Office Manager at MFI Investments, responsible for processing and blottering incoming business. From 1996 to 2001, they served as an Office Manager at Nathan & Lewis Securities, coordinating the transition of registered representatives and recruiting initiatives. In 2001, they joined American Portfolios Financial Services, Inc. as a Transitions Manager, overseeing the affiliation of financial professionals. In 2004, they became the Senior Vice President of Marketing & Corporate Communications at American Portfolios, where they focused on brand identity, digital marketing, and content creation.
Melissa Dolber Grappone completed their Bachelor's Degree in Journalism from the University of South Carolina from 1978 to 1982. Following that, they pursued further education and obtained their MBA in Marketing from Hofstra University for the years 1983 to 1986.
