Caryn Davidson has a strong background in healthcare quality and measurement development. Caryn is currently working as the Deputy Director of Quality at the American Psychiatric Association, where they began in March 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Quality Program Manager for Measure Development at the GIQuIC Registry from October 2021 to March 2023. Caryn has also held roles at the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Medical Association, the American Academy of Pediatrics, and the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, where they gained experience in project management, clinical practice guideline development, and data analysis.
Caryn Davidson earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Bradley University in 1998. Caryn later pursued a Master of Arts in Cognitive Psychology (Judgment and Decision Making) from the University of Iowa, completing the program in 2000.
