Dr. Nancy Che Mahan

Dr. Nancy Che Mahan serves as a Tenured Professor of Mathematics at Long Beach City College since February 2014 and has been an Online Mathematics Instructor at the American Public University System since January 2012. With extensive experience in both online and in-person teaching, Dr. Mahan has also worked as a Mathematics Specialist at Employ California and held various adjunct positions across multiple colleges. Dr. Mahan’s educational background includes a Doctor of Education in Community College Leadership, a Master's in Applied Mathematics from California State University, Long Beach, and a Bachelor's in Mathematics with a specialization in Teaching from UC Irvine. Additional teaching experience includes instructing high school students in SAT Math and Geometry, as well as leading discussions as part of pastoral staff at Converge Family Church.
