MacKenzie Frampton

Mackenzie Frampton is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in registrar services and customer support. Currently serving as a Senior Registrar Services Specialist at American Public University System since April 2015, Mackenzie has progressed from the role of Registrar Services Specialist II within the same institution. Prior to this role, Mackenzie worked as a Member Service Representative at Navy Federal Credit Union from July 2014 to April 2015, and served as a Caregiver at Home Instead Senior Care from December 2011 to July 2014. Mackenzie began the professional journey as a Lab Monitor at Shepherd University while simultaneously earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from the same institution, graduating in 2012.
