Mark Flickinger

Director, Project Impact at American Securities

Mark Flickinger joined American Securities in 2013. He assists the firm’s portfolio companies in developing and utilizing best practice project implementation skills to maximize value creation.

Prior to joining American Securities, Mark was Director-Program Manager, eCommerce at Abercrombie & Fitch, responsible for new project planning and implementation, post-deployment activities, and management of vendor and supplier contracts and outsourcing activities. Prior to Abercrombie, Mark spent nearly 10 years at Mettler Toledo Inc., the global measuring instruments company, where he spent several years as their Global eCommerce Manager, and then as their Worldwide SAP Development Manager with oversight for the scheduling and delivery of technical work products and improving the management process of their offshore development center in India. Mark began his career with Nationwide Insurance, serving as a Project Manager and Software Engineer, and then joined JPMorgan Chase as Business Engineer/Project Manager.

Mark received a BS from Ohio State University’s Fischer College of Business.
