Kim Huebner

Kim Huebner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in retail operations, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Store Operations at American Signature Inc. since April 2018, where leadership has resulted in over $1.5 billion in annual sales and a significant technology transformation. Huebner has held various leadership roles at Victoria's Secret from 1996 to 2018, including driving sales growth across over 1,100 stores and improving associate and customer experiences. Huebner's expertise includes managing substantial budgets, optimizing training and customer satisfaction programs, and orchestrating impactful events to enhance employee retention and engagement. Huebner is also a member of the Women in Retail Leadership Circle and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administrative Management from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
