Katherine Pachnos

Katherine Pachnos is an experienced editor and music professional with a robust background in the publishing industry, particularly in oncology and psychology. Currently serving as an Editor at the American Society of Clinical Oncology since August 2019, Katherine has also held various roles such as Temporary Managing Editor for significant ASCO symposia, Science Editor for Conquer Cancer, the ASCO Foundation, and Development Editor positions at Wiley and Macmillan Learning. In addition to substantial editing and proofreading work across multiple platforms, Katherine has contributed to the development of educational resources, including online courses for the American Psychological Association. Moreover, Katherine pursues a music career as a harpist, keyboardist, and vocalist, providing musical services globally. Katherine holds a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature & Publishing and Global Studies from Hofstra University and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Thanatology at Edgewood University.
