Andrea M. Falzarano, CAE has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Andrea M. began their career in legislative experience, working as a Special Assistant to the Lieutenant Governor of New York and holding various positions in the New York State Legislature. Andrea M. then transitioned to the association management field, starting their own company called Management and Consultant Services, where they provided full-service association management consulting expertise to national association clients. Andrea M. later served as the Executive Vice President at the Virginia Hospitality & Travel Association and as the Vice President of Association Services at the New York State Hospitality & Tourism Association. Before joining the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) as the Senior Director of Association Governance Operations, Andrea worked as the Executive Director for the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists (AAOMPT) at Drohan Management Group. Overall, Andrea has gained extensive experience in managing operations, overseeing governance, providing financial and budget management, and implementing strategic planning for various associations.

Andrea M. Falzarano, CAE graduated from The College of Saint Rose in 1983 with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Communication Disorders.
