Ian Needham possesses extensive experience in data analysis, strategic planning, and educational consulting. Currently serving as an Information Analyst for The American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) since July 2013, Ian previously held various positions within Chicago Public Schools, including Data Strategist and Data Analyst, where responsibilities included facilitating performance management sessions and training staff on data utilization. Ian's earlier roles also include Research Analyst at both the YMCA and within Chicago Public Schools, as well as Executive Coach and Consultant at The Life Coaching and Consulting. Ian holds a Master of Arts in Political Science from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Arizona State University.
