Nicolas Gomez Jr has extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as a Project Manager at American Structural Concrete since December 2014, having also held positions as Assistant Project Manager and Estimator within the same company. Responsibilities include performing takeoffs, preparing estimates based on project scopes and bid items, and planning schedules for upcoming projects. Prior experience at American Structural Concrete includes working as a Carpenter from May 2012 to August 2014, gaining hands-on skills in formwork carpentry on significant commercial projects such as the Country Music Hall of Fame and the College Football Hall of Fame. Nicolas holds an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Commercial Construction Management from Gwinnett Technical College, attended Oxford College of Emory University, and graduated from Paideia School.
