TJ Lather is a seasoned professional in the concrete industry with extensive experience in project management and operations. Currently, TJ serves as the VP of Operations at American Structural Concrete, a position held since January 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing South/East turnkey frame concrete projects. Prior to this role, TJ progressed through several positions at American Structural Concrete, including Operations Manager, Project Executive, and Senior Project Manager.
