Justine Kaplan

Justine Kaplan is a seasoned public health professional currently serving as Senior Director of the Office of Public Health Initiatives at the American Thrombosis and Hemostasis Network (ATHN) since July 2022. Prior experience includes the role of Associate Director of Public Health Practice at the National Association of Chronic Disease Directors (NACDD) and various positions at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, including MPH Director and Clinical Assistant Professor. Justine's extensive background also encompasses consulting in public health and leadership roles in food programs and health services across multiple organizations, with initial contributions at the Project REACH program. Justine earned a Master of Science in Public Health from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Welfare from the University of California, Berkeley.
