Lisa Cowan Hawkins has extensive experience in enterprise strategy, innovation, and organizational change management, having served as Vice President at OneAmerica from November 2018 to November 2020. Prior roles include Staff Vice President and Director of Strategic Planning at Anthem, Inc. between August 2006 and October 2018, as well as Senior Consultant and Consultant at Deloitte from June 1995 to June 2001. Career beginnings were as a Fixed Income Analyst at Cantor Fitzgerald from June 1993 to June 1995. Lisa holds a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor's Degree from Spelman College.
