Chris Hesterman

Chris Hesterman is an experienced software and cloud platform developer with a robust background spanning multiple companies. Currently serving as a Senior Kandy Cloud Platform Developer at American Virtual Cloud Technologies since March 2021, Hesterman previously held the role of Senior Kandy Web Platform Developer at Ribbon Communications, where contributions included developing a greenfield CPaaS platform and prototyping microservices architecture. Prior positions include Senior Software Engineer at Sonus, where responsibilities encompassed high-level design and support for SS7 and Diameter routing platforms, and a Software Engineer role at Nortel focused on the VSE system, as well as significant contributions to telecom protocol stacks at Bell Northern Research. Hesterman's foundational education includes a BASc in Electronic Information Systems Engineering from the University of Regina.
