America's Holding Company (AHC) is a C Corporation with three classes of shares - Class A, Class B, and Class C. The Class A shares hold super voting rights and control the assets, Class B shares are exclusive to AHC's Employee Stock Ownership Plan

Our core offer is a $27 monthly subscription that provides access to AHC services and opens the door for eligible subscribers to take advantage of our Future of Society Investment Opportunities. These opportunities allow subscribers to earn additional ownership in AHC through life events such as marriage, the birth of a child, retirement, or becoming a US citizen. Our additional offer is the National Tax Strategy Education Program, which provides W-2 employees of participating companies the chance to earn additional shares based on the company's investment in AHC.
The management team is composed of Justin Stephens in sales and marketing, Robert Byars in operations, and Matthew Averkamp as CFO. Our sales and marketing strategies are digitally-focused, with Justin acting as the face of the company and leveraging social media to create content and grow the business. Our production happens before clients sign up, and we rely on outsourcing to leading companies such as Stripe for financial management and fulfillment.
Our investment thesis focuses on a 75-year time horizon and investing in the market as a whole. Our digital business model eliminates the need for physical buildings and a large internal staff, allowing us to leverage the expertise of top companies in their respective fields. The National Tax Strategy Education Program offers five different levels of investment, with a sign-on bonus of shares for each level, and the number of years an employee is involved multiplies the number of shares they can earn each year.
