April Box

April Box is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in nonprofit management and community service. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at the Corporation for National and Community Service since 2020, April provides strategic leadership to the CEO and has established frameworks for national partnerships, empowering over 280,000 volunteers. Additionally, April has held the position of Director at Veritex Community Bank since 2016, focusing on governance and business strategy. As the Founder and Managing Director of Blue Grace Partners since 2015, April has demonstrated entrepreneurial skills. Prior experience includes serving as the Senior Vice President of External Affairs and President and CEO at Methodist Health System, overseeing fundraising initiatives and leadership of a large team. Earlier in the career, April served as Vice President at Baylor Scott & White Health, driving significant fundraising success. April holds a Master of Liberal Arts from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Communications from Rhodes College.
