Justin Chow

Justin Chow, FSA, is an accomplished professional in the actuarial field, currently serving as Manager of Actuarial Services at AmeriHealth Caritas since October 2022, where responsibilities include rate advocacy support and team management to achieve departmental goals. Prior to this role, Justin worked at Milliman from July 2013 to October 2022 as an Actuary, focusing on capitation rate setting for state Medicaid programs and contributing as an Associate Actuary. Earlier experience includes an actuarial internship at EMC National Life, where Justin worked on a company-wide conversion project and developed automation solutions, as well as a pricing internship at Maybank Etiqa Insurance & Takaful, which involved software development and regulatory compliance. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Actuarial Science and Information Systems from Drake University.
