Kiersten Burstiner

Kiersten Burstiner joined AmeriLife in 2021 as the company’s first Chief Human Resources Officer. With more than 20 years of experience aligning people and business strategies, Kiersten takes the lead in furthering AmeriLife’s people programs by redefining and scaling the company’s talent and service delivery strategies to support and enable AmeriLife’s rapid and significant growth.

Kiersten leads all aspects of Human Resources, including talent acquisition, talent management, employee relations, total rewards, change management, learning and organizational development.

Prior to joining AmeriLife, Kiersten held multiple human resources leadership roles, including leading talent for Deloitte Consulting’s U.S. Industry & Enabling Area practices. She most recently held the position of U.S. Global Chief of Staff for Deloitte.

Kiersten earned a bachelor’s in Psychology from Fairfield University and a master’s degree in Forensic Psychology from the City University of New York.
