Steve Mermelstein

Steve Mermelstein is an accomplished IT and management consultant with extensive experience in integration and organizational strategy. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of IT Integration at AmeriLife since August 2023, Steve leads IT network and systems integrations for M&A activities, focusing on alignment with business goals. Prior to this role, Steve spent over 21 years at RSM US LLP as a Director in Management Consulting Services, where significant contributions included developing operational strategies, managing client relationships, and driving project delivery. Earlier experience as a Business Transformation Consultant at IBM Global Services involved business process re-engineering. Steve holds an MBA with a Finance emphasis from The University of Kansas School of Business and a BA in Economics from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
