Samantha Cooke currently serves as the Director of Service Delivery at Amerit Fleet Solutions, a position held since October 2020, where responsibilities include managing the Customer Service/Sales Team for Amazon’s Last Mile Delivery Service Partners, tracking Key Performance Indicators, and coaching team members.
