Mark Buchholtz

Mark Buchholtz currently serves as Director of Corporate Actuarial at Ameritas, focusing on validation and controls since March 2024. Previously, Mark held the position of Associate Actuary at Allianz Life from June 2011 to March 2024, contributing to various teams in financial reporting and analysis, profitability management, and product development. With a strong background in actuarial systems, reporting, and risk valuation, Mark has managed up to eight full-time employees since June 2016. Early career experiences include internships in actuarial consulting, product development, and corporate risk at institutions such as UW Actuarial Club and Hewitt Associates. Mark holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Actuarial Science and Finance from the Wisconsin School of Business and studied abroad at Universidad de Sevilla.
