Kourtney Smith is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in product development, operations management, and continuous improvement. Currently serving as the New Product Development Engineering Manager at AMETEK MOCON since December 2021, Kourtney leads the Project Engineering Team in achieving design and product development goals while fostering collaboration across various departments. Previously at Vista Outdoor Inc., Kourtney held several roles, including Senior Operations Supervisor and Engineering Manager for a large business unit, and has a strong background in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies as a Continuous Improvement Engineer. Kourtney's earlier experience at Bosch involved positions in validation and electrical engineering within the pharmaceutical packaging sector, alongside early career roles at Honeywell and General Mills. Kourtney holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
