Manja Franke currently holds the position of Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Research at AMEXCI since October 2020. Prior experience includes serving as a Technical Sales Engineer at EOS from July 2017 to October 2020 and as a Master-Student focused on Business Development in the medical field at EOS from September 2016 to April 2017. Additionally, Manja worked as a Werkstudentin and Bachelor-Student at ADVITOS GmbH between 2015 and 2016. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Medical Engineering from Ostbayerische Technische Hochschule Regensburg obtained from 2015 to 2017 and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics/Fine Mechanics from Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences completed from 2011 to 2015.

AMEXCI is a leading Additive Manufacturing company based in the Nordics. Founded in 2017, the company has specialized in metal Industrial 3D printing. We operate two world class production facilities in Sweden and Finland with a team of more than 30 employees with deep knowledge in design, manufacturing, analysis, and post processing having the capacity to support our customers to industrialize AM. In addition to our production capacity, we also provide comprehensive training programs and research services that cover several areas, including different high-performance materials and consultancy on evolving topics within additive manufacturing. Our processes are certified in accordance with AS 9100D, ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and ISO 14001. Since December 2023, AMEXCI’s materials laboratory is accredited for ISO/IEC 17025 by SWEDAC, with accreditation number 10577. In fall 2024, we are commissioning a state-of-the-art facility in Örebro with 4.700 m², tailor made for AM and the latest industrial 3D printing technology available in the market.
