Kyle Clifford has a strong background in nonprofit organizations and philanthropy. Kyle was the Chief Development Officer at amfAR, The Foundation for AIDS Research since June 2020. Before that, they were the Director of Development at City Harvest from November 2011 to February 2015, where they helped feed New York City's hungry population.

Kyle Clifford attended the University of Limerick from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Studies and Spanish, graduating cum laude. During their time at the university, they studied economics, accountancy, law, and marketing. In 2014, Clifford also completed the Developing Leaders Program at Columbia University, focusing on non-profit/public/organizational management.
