Deepak Abburi

Deepak Abburi is a seasoned technology leader currently serving as Senior Director of Information Technology at Amgen since October 2017, overseeing multiple key roles including Director of Enterprise Data and Analytics and Platform Leader for Data, Analytics & Search. Additionally, Deepak contributes to the academic community as an Advisory Board Member at the University of South Florida Muma College of Business, where involvement includes shaping student curriculum for graduate and undergraduate programs. Prior to Amgen, Deepak spent over a decade at Nielsen Company, where responsibilities included leading the Data Lake Initiative and managing global teams for Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence applications. Deepak holds a Master of Sciences in Computer Engineering with a concentration in Artificial Intelligence from The University of Memphis and a Bachelor's in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Andhra University.
