even Ambrus joined Wilder in 2023 as Chief Financial Officer. He leads the organization’s financial functions, ensuring effective and responsible management of Wilder’s resources. Keven develops goals, strategies and policies that strengthen Wilder’s ability to improve lives and make lasting, positive change in Greater Saint Paul and beyond.
Prior to joining Wilder, Keven served as CFO and COO for the Metropolitan Economic Development Association (Meda), a Minneapolis-based nonprofit organization that provides consulting and financial services to help Black, Indigenous and People of Color entrepreneurs succeed. He has held financial and operational leadership positions with Propel Nonprofits and the Minnesota Children’s Museum. Before joining the nonprofit sector in 2016, Keven managed projects and operations for some of the area’s largest employers, including Cargill and Northwest Airlines (now Delta).
Keven is passionate about giving back to the community in ways that leverage his experience and knowledge. He has focused his career on analyzing and developing financial plans that are connected to an organization’s strategy and grounded in collaboration.
Keven holds a master’s in business administration-finance from Embry-Riddle University and a bachelor’s in business administration from St. Louis University. He sits on the boards of Community Programs in the Arts (COMPAS), the Center for Leadership and Neighborhood Engagement, and Hired. He held the position of president of the Alpha Phi Omega Theta XI national service fraternity and is a recipient of the Tuskegee Airman Society Scholarship.
When not working, Keven enjoys family trips to explore new locations and local cuisines. He is an avid golfer and believes nothing is more satisfying than the challenge of playing a new course.

The Amherst H. Wilder Foundation is a nonprofit health and human services organization that has served the greater Saint Paul, Minnesota area since 1906. The mission of the Amherst H. Wilder Foundation is to promote the social welfare of persons resident or located in the greater Saint Paul metropolitan area by all appropriate means including: relief of the poor; care of the sick and aged; care and nurture of children; aid of the disadvantaged and otherwise needy; promotion of physical and mental health; support of rehabilitation and corrections; and provision of needed housing and social services all without regard to, or discrimination on account of, nationality, sex, color, religious scruples or prejudices.
