Tetra is President & Chief Executive Officer of Elsa's House of Sleep in St. Paul's Midway neighborhood, which has survived light rail construction, civil unrest, the Covid pandemic and its share of economic downturns, but despite it all, the business has excelled and continues to serve the community. Elsa's House of Sleep has maintained a consistent focus on fulfilling the quality furniture needs of customers by offering competitive pricing, financing and layaway plans and old-school top-notch customer service.
Tetra earned a BA in Mass Media Communications from DePaul University in Chicago and participated in the SBA Emerging Leaders Program. He is also on the Boards of the Midway Chamber of Commerce, Friends of the Saint Paul Public Library, The Blake School and is a National Home Furnishings Association member.

The Amherst H. Wilder Foundation is a nonprofit health and human services organization that has served the greater Saint Paul, Minnesota area since 1906. The mission of the Amherst H. Wilder Foundation is to promote the social welfare of persons resident or located in the greater Saint Paul metropolitan area by all appropriate means including: relief of the poor; care of the sick and aged; care and nurture of children; aid of the disadvantaged and otherwise needy; promotion of physical and mental health; support of rehabilitation and corrections; and provision of needed housing and social services all without regard to, or discrimination on account of, nationality, sex, color, religious scruples or prejudices.
