Prior to that, Susanna worked as an Executive Recruiter at SG Partners from June 2001 to January 2009, and as a Vice President at J. H. Whitney from 1998 to 2000. Susanna also held a managerial position at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. from 1994 to 1998. Susanna holds a BA in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA in Finance from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
