Michael Bauer has over 30 years of experience in corporate tax management, currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Tax at Amkor Technology, Inc. since July 2006, where previous roles included Sr Director, Director, and Sr Manager in the same department. Prior to Amkor Technology, Michael was the Manager of Corporate Tax at Action Performance Companies from 1999 to 2006 and worked as a Senior Public Accountant at Porter, Muirhead, Cornia & Howard, CPA's from 1992 to 1999. Michael holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Wyoming and an Associate's Degree in Accounting from Casper College, along with training from Deloitte University.
