Valeria Sobinina

Valeria Sobinina is a seasoned HR professional with diverse experience in human resources and communications. Currently serving as Head of HR at Amma Pregnancy Tracker since July 2023, Valeria previously held the position of Head of HR & Happiness at Replika, where pioneering HR processes and enhancing employee engagement were central responsibilities. Valeria's earlier roles include Internal Communication Manager at CROC, where content production and event coordination were key achievements, and Marketing Communications Manager at the Higher School of Economics, where recruitment strategies for international students were effectively implemented.
