Prior to this role, Sonja Hoeijmakers held various senior leadership positions at Outokumpu, including Senior Vice President for HR & Organization Development in Europe and APAC, Global HR Business Partner for Sales & SCM, and HR EMEA. Additional experience includes roles as Senior HR Manager for multiple regions and financial management at Rabobank Horst Venray and Van der Staay Food Group.
