Ra Mi

Ra Mi has over 14 years of experience in IT infrastructure and lab compliance, currently serving as Sr. Manager IT Infra and Lab Compliance at Amneal Pharmaceuticals since September 2009. Responsibilities include managing and troubleshooting 400+ nodes and 18 servers in a Windows environment, providing technical guidance to a team of five engineers, and overseeing the Empower data analysis software server. Prior to Amneal Pharmaceuticals, Ra Mi worked as a Sr. Hardware & Network Engineer at Team Computers Pvt Ltd. from April 2007 to October 2009, with responsibilities as a Level 1 Support Engineer. Ra Mi holds a BCA degree and possesses training in NAS storage configuration.
