Prior roles include Vice President Corporate Strategy at Shiseido, President and Representative Director for Gucci Japan Timepieces & Jewelry, and various leadership positions at L'Oréal, where responsibilities encompassed brand management, retail strategy, and international marketing for prestigious brands such as Kiehl's, KERASTASE, and LANCOME. Jong Ha Kim’s career began in graphic design and account management before progressing into the luxury retail sector with Giorgio Armani.
