Lina Badethalav

Lina Badethalav has a diverse work experience in various finance systems roles. Lina began their career in 1990 at Prudential plc as a Finance Systems Team Lead, where they worked until 1998. In 2001, they joined AMP as a Financial Systems Team Leader for a brief period. Lina then moved to AMP Financial Services in 2002, where they held the positions of Finance Systems Manager – Operations & Training and Finance Systems Manager – Support & Maintenance until 2016. Lina returned to AMP in 2017 and has since progressed through roles such as Senior Finance Systems Operations Manager, Snr Manager Finance Systems & Data, Head of Finance Systems at AMP, and currently serves as the Head of Finance Systems & Data since 2023.

Lina Badethalav has a diverse education history. Lina has obtained accreditation as an Internal Auditor from the Institute of Internal Auditors in Australia. Lina also holds a Master of Commerce degree from the University of Mumbai. Additionally, Lina has attended CPA Australia for further professional development. Lina has also studied at the University of Sydney and various other institutions to enhance their knowledge and skills.
