Justine Burn

Justine Burn is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in technology and operations management across various industries. Currently serving as General Manager of Technology & Customer Operations at AMP New Zealand since January 2023, Justine oversees a cross-functional team responsible for Transformation, Customer Operations, IT and Digital Development, as well as Data and Information Security. Prior experience includes a lengthy tenure at AA Insurance NZ, where Justine held positions such as CIO and Head of Distribution and Business Systems Solutions, managing significant technology and transformation budgets. Justine also spearheaded the Canterbury Earthquake Response initiative and contributed to strategic project management efforts.
