Sam Silver is an experienced software engineering manager specializing in machine learning infrastructure, currently working at AMP since October 2021. Previously, Sam held positions as a machine learning engineer at Plutoshift and as a data scientist at BLEND360, where responsibilities included data pipeline development, web-scraping, and collaborating with management for data solutions. Sam also served as a data scientist in residence at Galvanize Inc, teaching coursework and providing mentorship to students. Earlier experiences include a role as data team lead at simuwatt and a development assistant at the University of Colorado Boulder. Sam holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the University of Colorado Boulder and an immersive degree in data science from Galvanize Inc.
