Samantha Eppenstein

Samantha Eppenstein, SHRM-CP, is a dedicated Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Amped I LLC since March 2022, having previously held the role of Human Resources Coordinator. Prior to this, Samantha worked at Option Care Health from February 2020 to March 2022, where responsibilities included positions as Nutrition Care Specialist and Nutrition Care Coordinator. Samantha holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources and a minor in Community Health from Eastern Illinois University, which was completed between 2015 and 2019.
