Ahmed Arafa

Ahmed Arafa is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Ampere since March 2019. Previously, Ahmed held key positions at Qualcomm, including Staff Engineer in Physical Verification, and at GLOBALFOUNDRIES as a Senior Member of Technical Staff in Design Enablement, where responsibilities included releasing advanced node process design kits. Early in the career, Ahmed worked as a Consultant Engineer at Mentor Graphics, specializing in Electronic Design Automation and layout physical verification. Ahmed holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Ain Shams University.
