Pradeep Dharane

Pradeep Dharane serves as the Senior Director of Engineering and Centre Head at Ampere since June 2021, leading next-generation product development for cloud-native ARM-based processors. Previous experience includes Vice President and Managing Director at SimpleMachines, Inc., where Pradeep developed AI/ML hardware products and achieved significant performance improvements for various applications. As Managing Director and Country Head at MACOM, Pradeep managed the acquisition and integration of Applied Micro, and handled the divestment of the processor business unit which led to the formation of Ampere Computing. Additional roles at AppliedMicro, Marvell Semiconductor, and Avago Technologies involved establishing engineering teams, expanding design centers, and contributing to product development in various capacities. Pradeep co-founded Visual Soft, India, focusing on software training and development. Pradeep holds a Master’s degree in Electronics Design Technology from CEDTI, a leadership degree in AI from the Indian School of Business, and an Executive MBA from S P Jain School of Global Management.
