Shadab Hashmi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and project management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Operations at Ampersand Group since September 2021, Shadab previously held the position of Cluster Head at Empower Pragati, overseeing 11 PMKKs across Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, and Nagaland from June 2017 to November 2019. Prior to that role, Shadab was Deputy Manager of Operations at B-ABLE, where responsibilities included project management and training content development for financial inclusion initiatives across multiple states. Shadab started a career as Deputy Manager at H&I Talent Management Services Ltd, focusing on recruitment and revenue generation. Educational qualifications include a PGDBM in Marketing from the Institute of Management Studies in Ghaziabad and a BSc in Information Technology from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
